Patients have a lot of questions around vaccinations, and we have a new, free digital resource that you can use right at the pharmacy counter to help navigate those conversations. The Vaccine Communication Playbook for Pharmacies provides searchable guidance, ready-to-use responses, and trusted resources that help make conversations about vaccines, flu, COVID-19, and RSV easier.
Developed by the Trusted Messenger Program in partnership with the American Pharmacists Association and NCPA, the playbook features sample responses to common questions, an evidence-based strategy for navigating more difficult conversations, and one-click access to clinical references, immunization schedules, and professional guidance.
