When the point of sale went down and we lost PA services, this also impacted PA on the medical (PRISM) side. (The PAs on the medical [PRISM side] are submitted through the Change system.) While PRISM still requires a "PA" when a claim is submitted, without CHC functionality, there is no way for the provider to submit it or the team to review it. We are bypassing PAs on the medical side with programming until PA is restored.
