Utah Pharmacy Summit

The Utah Pharmacy Summit provided by AMCP Utah Affiliate and the University of Utah College of Pharmacy will host their first annual event on November 17th, 2022, at the University of Utah Douglas Ballroom (110 South Fort Douglas Blvd, SLC, UT 84103). The purpose of the Utah Pharmacy Summit: Collaborating to Optimize Patient Care is to bring pharmacists in various roles in Utah to educate, collaborate and engage.

Our keynote speaker, Utah State Senator Evan Vickers, will highlight the State of Pharmacy in Utah. At the same time, the Utah pharmacy organizations will also discuss their role in the pharmacy community in academic, community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, and managed care—i.e., hospital, retail, PBM, Medicaid, MTM, and ambulatory care. All pharmacists with connections to Utah are invited to attend, in addition to pharmaceuticals manufacturers.

The summit will begin at 11:30 am with registration and lunch, then our speakers will start at noon, and the conference will wrap up with a student/resident/fellow poster session/social ending at 6:30 pm.
