USP has released the latest proposed updates to USP
<797> and USP
<795>. Information about these updates can be found at this link and in the links below. These updates are open for public comments until January 31, 2022. The Utah Advisory Pharmacy Compounding Education Committee will be submitting comments on behalf
of the committee, and we would like to hear from you. If you have any concerns or comments you would like to include in our submission, please email them to pharmacy@utah.gov by November 12, 2021. Please specify the exact lines within the chapter
you have comments about and what you would change. We will also be discussing this again at our Advisory Committee meeting which will be held at 9:00 AM on December 1, 2021 and is open to the public.
USP is also holding several open virtual forums. You can register for these as well as submit questions or comments for discussion by using this link. The next series for USP
