Registration is free and now open for the 2018 Asthma CHW Training module. The module is an in-person 16 hour training spread over 5 sessions and will begin April 30th. Four sessions are required, and the final fifth session is optional. Participants that successfully attend all sessions of the training will receive a certificate of completion.
The final day to register for the training is April 20, 2018.
