OCTOBER 1st DATA SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS RAPIDLY APPROACHING
In sixty (60) days from today, all pharmacies dispensing controlled substance prescriptions in Utah, MUST submit their Rx data to the Utah Controlled Substance Database (CSD), in the ASAP 4.2 standard with all the additional Utah required elements.
Please do not delay in taking appropriate action for submitting this required data. This additional Data requirement can be submitted now for data validation and acknowledgement of successful production. If by chance your submitted data was to fail due to the additional reported elements, the CSD Staff will contact you of the validation errors and help you to correct the file for successful data submission.
By submitting all required data now, this will only help you insure your pharmacy is compliant by October 1st 2017.
