Full Attendee Registration offers 12 hours of CE credit and includes all meals listed (Please check the boxes below of the meals you will be attending so we can reserve those meals for you).

Saturday Registration offers 5.5 CE credits.

Registration includes all access to events, including meals, at the UPhA Annual Conference. Please check the meals you will be attending. No CE credit is given for guests.
