Election of 2014 Officers

The following individuals have been nominated and presented for election as officers for the 2014 election cycle.

President Elect Nominees:

Mike Chamberlain

My name is Mike Chamberlain.  I am an independent pharmacist and owner of Edgemont Pharmacy in Provo.  I graduated from the U of U pharmacy school in 1996.  My wife and I live in South Jordan with our 6 children.   I am a long time member of UPhA and have served on the Board of Trustees for the last 4 years.  I am currently serving as the Treasurer on the Executive Committee.  In the last few years, I have been privileged to be a part of many discussions and actions that the UPhA Board has taken on several important issues affecting pharmacy.  Our new management team, Association Solutions, has taken the Board to a new level of accountability and professionalism.  We also have a full time, professional lobbyist with years of experience working in our behalf at the State Capitol.  The reason I am running for President is that the Association has made some important changes towards improvement and long term stability and I want to continue to be involved in its progression.  I am excited about the future of UPhA.  I am looking forward to working with the other Board members, committees, our management team, and our members to ensure the success of our association and the profession of pharmacy.  I would appreciate your vote.
