Pharmacist
     This is a licensed Pharmacist working in the State of Utah
Technician
     This is a licensed Technician working in the State of Utah
Out of State Pharmacist
     This is a designation for practicing Pharmacists residing/working outside the State of Utah that would like to be involved with the Association.
Associate
     This is usually designated for an employee of a drug manufacturing company or wholesaler who would like to be involved in the Association.
Retired Pharmacist
     This is a Pharmacist who is working minimal hours (20 hours or less) just to keep their license active.
1 Yr After Graduation
     This is a Graduate Student within the first 12 months of starting their career in Pharmacy
2nd Yr After Graduation
     This is a Graduate Student who has been practicing more than 12 months but less than 2 years.
Student
     This is someone that is currently enrolled in a Pharmacy School (i.e. Univeristy of Utah, University of Southern Nevada [South Jordan Campus]) who is striving to become a Pharmacist.
Lifetime
     This is a Membership Option open to those who are truly committed to UPhA and to the Profession of Pharmacy, and wish to be involved in the efforts of the Association.
Non-Member
     Non-Member attending an event - paying by check
